Win 10 copies of a book of your choice to celebrate the Easter weekend!
What better way is there to spend the Easter weekend than curled up with a good book? HarperFiction is delighted to offer four reading groups the chance to win a book of their choice to celebrate another HarperFiction Reading Weekend!
Reading groups can pitch to receive 10 copies of A Daughter’s Return Josephine Cox, The Last Protector by Andrew Taylor, The Lost Hours by Susan Lewis, or Daughters of Cornwall by Fern Britton. Successful groups will be expected to share a post on social media over the Easter weekend, such as a photo of their book in their favourite weekend reading spot, and share online reviews of their book by mid-June.
About the books…
The Lost Hours by Susan Lewis
Golden couple Annie and David Crayce have it all. A loving marriage, three beautiful children and a thriving family business. Life couldn’t be better. Until the unthinkable happens. A piece of damning DNA evidence has arisen, placing David as the prime suspect of a murder committed twenty-years ago. Annie is sure her David is innocent. But if he isn’t guilty, then either his father or brother must be. As the police investigate the cold case, so does Annie. Trawling through her old diaries, she begins desperately looking for answers. But it all comes down to a few lost hours she can’t solve.
A Daughter’s Return by Josephine Cox
Florence Stanville is a woman with a past. When she moves to Guisethorpe on the east coast of England, the townsfolk are intrigued by the glamorous and mysterious stranger. As Florence is reluctantly drawn into the lives of her new neighbours, the layers of her own life are revealed. Far from finding peace, Florence has found instead turmoil and secrets. Can she put the pieces of her past together, or will it remain a closed book forever…?
The Last Protector by Andrew Taylor
From the No.1 Sunday Times bestselling author of The Ashes of London comes the next book in the phenomenally successful series following James Marwood and Cat Lovett. Brother against brother. But Oliver Cromwell’s son, Richard, has abandoned his exile and slipped back into England. The consequences could be catastrophic.

As the bombs begin to fall, Hannah and her brothers are determined to do their bit for the war effort – whatever the cost. 2020: Caroline has long been the keeper of her family’s secrets.
