Record the details of children participating in the Summer Reading Challenge with these registration cards. This bundle also includes the Community Profiling Card.
If your authority uses the registration cards to process data about participants, then staff should be advised to collect, store, share and destroy the cards in line with local authority data processing guidelines.
Any young volunteers handling the registrations or participants’ data should also understand the importance of keeping the data secure and should adhere to your local guidelines.
