This pack, designed for paid carers, carer groups and those caring for a family member, partner or friend, contains an extract from Kate Mosse’s memoir, An Extra Pair of Hands. The book details Kate’s experiences of caring for various relatives throughout her life. The pack also includes a discussion guide, which can be used independently, with a group or with the person you care for, plus a writing activity designed to encourage the expression of thoughts and feelings.
