Download the Library Evaluation Form and Guidance documents for Gadgeteers, Summer Reading Challenge 2022. All Welsh library authorities running the Summer Reading Challenge are required to complete this evaluation form. Please Note: This is the library evaluation for authorities in Wales. Library authorities taking part in the regular model and Cross-Authority Pilot Scheme will receive different forms. Please submit your evaluation form by email to srcevaluation@readingagency.org.uk by Friday 14 October 2022. Send your evaluation form as an Excel spreadsheet and only submit one form per authority. We are unable to accept forms submitted as pdfs or Google sheets. Please read the guidance notes before completing the Summer Reading Challenge evaluation form. Please note: this is a locked resource for library authorities participating in the Summer Reading Challenge 2022. Libraries should contact their local Summer Reading Challenge coordinator(s) for access.
