Twins Alanna and Austin find an old face-painting kit in their Aunty Kessie’s studio, and inside is a magic paintbrush! The paintbrush asks them to choose a story world, and then transforms them into characters, ready for adventure! Together, the twins explore a whole series of different worlds, and discover more about themselves and their sibling bond along the way.
UCLan is delighted to offer a limited number of special activity packs for the Magic Faces series by Esi Merleh.
Each pack includes a set of the books, posters, bookmarks and a set of face paints. A set of digital materials will also be available including activity sheets and instructions to help hold a face paint party for younger pupils.
To win a pack, please tell us how you would use the materials in your school or library. In return for the free materials we would like to ask you to share some photos and feedback about how you have used them. Open to libraries and schools in the UK only.
